As unit manager, Todd Schultz is the resident do-it-all guy at "The Jerry Springer Show." He handles stage management and post-production for shoots both in and out of the studio.

Now working on his 13th season with the program, Schultz began as a production assistant. His responsibilities over the years have included just about everything under the sun, from being Jerry Springer's limousine driver to emptying the office wastebaskets.
 
Schultz graduated with a broadcasting degree from the University of Wisconsin and enjoys water sports in his free time.
