MEET THE SECURITY TEAM
Pete
Pete is in his sixth year with the show as a member of the security team.
He has been keeping the streets of Chicago safe for the last 17 years as a veteran law enforcement officer. Between the Chicago Police Department and "The Jerry Springer Show," he finds himself dealing with conflict on a daily basis.
Along with being a five-time boxing champion for the police force, Pete has earned several awards over the years for his work in the department. It has all been a part of perfect preparation to be a member of the show's security team, where he has made countless memories, mostly ones he can't talk about. And girls, yes, he is single.
Jason
A Chicago Police Officer for 14 years, Jason knows fellow security guard Pete quite well. They were partners on the force and also attended Mt. Carmel High School in Chicago together.
Jason was a boxing champion in high school and enjoyed boxing for the police department as well. He continues to participate in the sport to stay in shape when he has free time.
Between his experience in the ring and on the streets, Jason is more than qualified for his role on the show's security team. Still, he admits working for Jerry is more challenging than working for the police force at times, since he has to remember that the aggressive people on the show are guests.

ChrisChris is currently enjoying his third season with "The Jerry Springer Show." After years of being a fan, he heard the news that the show was moving to Stamford, Conn., and he jumped at the opportunity to fill out the team.
A 19-year veteran and Lieutenant for the fire department in White Plains, N.Y., Chris is hard to miss when he's around the stage. He is a former American Drug Free Powerlifting Association National and World Champion who spends his free time keeping in shape and playing softball. He has a great time working with Jason and Pete, who are full of laughs and always make sure he gets the best view of the show's most noticeable guests.
Harold
Harold returns for his third season after joining as soon as the show came to Connecticut. Stamford is nowhere new for Harold, who has served eight years and counting as a Stamford firefighter. He wasn't far before that, fighting fires in New York City for two decades.
"Although it's hard work, it is a lot of fun," Harold says about being a part of Springer. That was especially true in his first season when he, a guest, and a whole lot of cake all came crashing to the stage floor. Despite the mess, it's still his favorite moment.
When he's not on the Springer stage or at work, you can find Harold, in full gear, climbing some of the tallest buildings in the New England area. These endurance climbs all benefit the American Lung Association.
